Brief
a new interactive communication campaign targeted at giving the day to day user of UPS services easier access to UPS and overall making there jobs easier and hopefully a little more fun and faster to do.
Solution

The UPS Widget, downloadable from the microsite provides consumers with a friendly desktop helper to provide instant tracking information on their UPS Shipments, provide direct assess to tools on UPS.com and provide them with an RSS reader to access RSS feeds of there choice.
