Brief
Glamour was a key theme for this year – our challenge was to hit the right buttons in terms of making M&S feel exciting and sexy but also warm, inclusive and different.  
Solution
Christmas also gave us the opportunity to entertain the nation who look to us to kick off the season in a spectacular but fun way.
