RMG have been retained by HSBC for the last 2.5 years for Direct Masil, Direct Response Press and Online Activity as part of WPP's Team HSBC Integrated agency.  They also work on numerous stand-alone projects for the bank.

RMG has been increasingly involved in taking the lead on planning forthcoming activity.  The insight they generate through in-house research is supplemented by a data planning function which dovetails with that of the bank to devise test-learn-refine approaches to all product areas and customer segments.
