VCCP is a truly integrated agency. The creatives, planner and account handlers who develop advertising sit next to the creatives, planners and account handlers who produce all the below the line material. We conceive ideas with integration in mind and then extend them as necessary into whatever medium is required because we believe the more integrated the campaign the harder it will work.

We look for people who have the specialist skills required in each area but also work well  in an integrated team. It’s even reflected in the backgrounds of the four founding partners, two of whom (Ian and Adrian) have spent half of their careers working below the line.
